Surinameplein enters phase two

Surinameplein entered a second construction phase on 6 August. The common mistake is not ignorance of the works, but leaving home with July’s interchange pattern still in mind. GVB continues rail replacement between Haarlemmermeerstraat and the eastern side of the roundabout while stop arrangements towards Osdorp change. The summer pattern had trams 1 and 17 turning at Surinameplein, shuttle trams 27 and 28 continuing west and bus 15 diverting. Phase changes, weather and urgent maintenance can still alter individual days. The GVB planner is therefore the live fact; an old notice or screenshot is only background, especially for passengers needing an accessible stop.
