Yuan’s Hot Pot in Amsterdam was outstanding. The ingredients were fresh, the broth was rich and flavourful, and every dish tasted incredible. The service was warm and attentive, making the whole experience even better. A top‑tier hot pot spot and absolutely worth the visit.

Nice hotpot restaurant in overall. The broth is good, however we did not like the fact that you pay per item, and the prices are quite high considering the amount of food you receive in the plates. For regular hotpot customers, this is not the recommended place. But if you are new to the concept and want to go for the experience there is a lot of variety this place offers and you will definitely leave satisfied.

Fresh ingredients, an interesting concept, and everything was very clean. The staff wore gloves, which we appreciated. It was daughter’s birthday, and they congratulated us so sweetly - that was a lovely touch. I definitely recommend this place. The only downside was that we had to sit for quite a while without drinks, and the service in the dining area could have been a bit faster. Overall, highly recommended.
